Episode 11: We’re Back

After a brief laziness filled hiatus we’re back and better than ever, which is easy to say when you set the bar low enough. Now powered by the internets we will hopefully be back on a more regular recording schedule. You’ll just have to forgive us the momentary audio hiccups in the beginning of this weeks episode*.

Warning: This episode contains spoilers.

Join us this week as we regale you with talk of The Avengers, Pitch Black and why Chronicles of Riddick should have been R, Expendables 2, the ever expanding Steven Segal and more.

Episode 10: Action-Lite

Everything good has a miniature version of it, Mini Kiss, the B-Team and now the Action Pants Radio Hour. Due to a scheduling snafu* on my part this week is a short episode featuring talk of Wrath of the Titans, the start of the MLB Season, the NHL playoffs and some spoiler filled talk of season 2 of Game of Thrones. With @Maymond and sadness.

Episode 9: Pie

I looked into his eyes and saw that he did not like pie, and I knew there was no hope for him.

What kind of a man doesn’t like pie? Not Chris thats for certain. This week’s episode is brought to you by the deliciousness that is pie and finds us discussing Real Steel, Where the Wild Things Are, The Walking Dead and Fullmetal Alchemist for starters, followed by talk of the NFL and MMA. Best listened to while eating pie. With @Maymond and @USActionPants.

*The only choice more difficult to make than which type of pie you would like is cake or death.

Episode 8: The one with zombies

What goes better than zombies and politics? Nothing. Thats why this week we discuss The Walking Dead*, the current state of U.S. politics as it relates to the race for the republican nomination with a little NFL free agency talk in between. With @Maymond and Joe.

Wonder along with us as we discuss those pressing topics along with UFC on FX 2, Ronda Rousey vs Meisha Tate*, the NBA All-Star weekend, the NFL off-season and more. Episode 6: Unanimous Decision

If you’ve ever wondered how you can start a conversation about Bob Saget* and transition it to discussion about the UFC you’re in luck as we do just that this week. How we got started talking about Bob Saget I don’t remember but that doesn’t matter as we start there on our way to talking about UFC 144, This Means War, the new Conan the Barbarian movie and more. With @Maymond and @USActionPants.

*Yes thats right ladies I am unfortunately taken. I know all of you are disappointed. And no, I didn’t use the word special enough. Special.

Action has a new date

Action cannot be stopped, though it can be delayed if only for a little bit. To better accommodate the schedules involved, all three of them, the Action Pants Radio Hour will, from now on, be recorded on Friday nights. Depending on how ambitious I get it will either post later on Friday night or more likely sometime Saturday. New date, new time, same old pants.

Episode 4: Like a Boss

This week’s episode contains discussion about the Giants Super Bowl victory*, the action, or lack thereof, in UFC 143, the disappointing Underworld Awakening and more. Now with a somewhat proper outro and ad for Stitcher SmartRadio, the smarter way to get your weekly dose of action.

*Like a Boss does not refer in any way to former Giants tight end Kevin Boss who was probably crying into his guacamole Sunday night.
